Struggling to build your daily spiritual practice?
Here's a journal to help guide you through the activities I've used to help me build and maintain a daily spiritual practice. By taking you through your thoughts on prayer, spirituality, paganism, Christianity... anything I can think of related to Brigid, you can end up with the practical, sustainable practice you've always wanted!
Hi I'm Orlagh!
My name is Órlagh and I want to help people get juicy and expand their spiritual life.
I want women everywhere, ALL women, to engage in a spiritual life that supports them, encourages them, helps them move on from strict confines of religious structures to the freedom of authentic spiritual expression. In a way that interweaves with their mundane lives. And yes, I mean ALL women, trans women and non binary people inclusive.
I started off life as an Irish Catholic in this world, although, if I'm honest, I never really paid too much attention to the restrictions of the religion. My parents made sure I knew about the importance of love in Catholicism.
But, as I grew older, I started to realise just how patriarchal and restrictive the religion was. And how there was another path. And, more importantly, there were ways to reach out to a deity that supported me, helped me, engaged with me and pushed me...
And then I realised this deity, this path, was Brigid, the saint I had known since I was a small child. I've personally worked with/for Brigid for decades. I've been teaching and coaching for six years. And now, she has "persuaded" me that the time has come to share her path with you.
